Mathematical Model of Mineralization Rate for Flotation in Turbulent Flow

摘要 根据湍流态下矿粒、气泡的运动情况,引用分子运动理论及胶粒凝并理论,综合考虑流体动力及表面力的作用,建立了矿粒与气泡碰撞矿化的浮选速率数学模型。经纯矿物浮选试验验证,表明所建立的数学模型合理可靠。 According to the motion of particles and bubble in turbulent flow,the mathematical model of mineralization rate for flotation was established,quoting the theory of molecule dynamics and theory of colloid particle agglomeration.The hydrodynamics and surface forces in particle bubble interaction were considered in the model.Mineral flotation test proved that the mathematical model founded is reasonable and reliable.
