摘要
为认识选煤厂实际生产过程中煤泥的粒度特性,围绕某选煤厂的分级旋流器组和耙式浓缩机采集了4个样品,通过小筛分试验研究其粒度特性,发现这4个样品的粒度特性均符合Rosin-Ramm ler粒度特性方程式的分布规律,利用此方程式可预测煤泥任意粒度级的产率,评价工艺环节效果和优化操作参数,为后续工序提供最佳作业条件.
In order to understand slime grain size characteristics of the coal preparation plant in the practical product process, four coal samples were collected around classification cyclone groups and rake thickener of a certain coal preparation plant. Grain size characteristics of four samples were researched through the small screen test. The results show that the grain size characteristics of four samples all conform to the size distribu- tion rule of the Rosin - Rammler equation. All the granularity level product rate of slime can be predicted by using Rosin - Rammler particle size characteristics slime equation. Meanwhile it can be used to evaluate the effects of process links and optimize operation parameters to provide the best operation conditions for the fol- lowing processes.
