摘要自SARS、禽流感爆发以来,中国与东盟领导人在多次会议中频频谈及要加强公共卫生安全合作。中国-东盟自由贸易区公共卫生安全合作的运作施行,将对各合作成员以及区域整体的发展起到不可忽视的战略意义。本文首先分析中国与东盟公共卫生安全形势及在该领域合作的情况,进而提出构建思路。 Public sanitation cooperation has been talked over frequently in the meetings among leaders of China and ASEAN since the breakout of SARS and bird flu. Its implementation will be of great importance for the development of member countries and the region as a whole. This article analyses the situation of public sanitation in China and ASEAN and their cooperation in that area, and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct a cooperation mechanism.
