摘要
目的了解浙江省农村地区初三学生早餐进食情况和营养知识教育的效果,促进其形成良好的饮食行为.方法对1155名初三学生(年龄14~16岁)进行营养知识教育,对教育前后的早餐情况进行两次问卷调查.结果被调查学生中只有50.1%~67.5%的人每天吃早餐,不吃早餐的原因主要有没有食欲、早上时间紧张以及对早餐重要性认识不够等;被调查学生中76.1%上午有饥饿感;通过对被调查学生及家长进行营养知识教育改善了学生早餐状况.结论中学生早餐问题不容乐观,应积极开展营养教育提高营养知识水平,促进良好饮食行为形成.
Objective: The investigation was made to get outline of breakfast practices of grade 3 junior school students from Zhejiang rural area ,and to assess the effect of nutritional education on their forming healthy eating behaviors. Methods: 1155 students aged 14 - 16 from junior schools of Zhejiang rural area were investigated about their breakfast practices before and after the nutritional education. Results: Before the nutritional education, about 50. 1% -67.5% students take breakfast every day. The main reasons of skipping breakfast are with no appetite, lack of time for consumption, and inadequate recognition of the importance of breakfast. 76. 1% students feel hunger in the morning. Through nutrition education to students and their parents, the status of breakfast practices improves. Conclusion: Great attention should be paid to nutritional education to improve the breakfast practices of middle school students.
