摘要
目的了解学校学生的早餐行为现状及其对体质状况的影响,为制定健康教育干预策略提供依据。方法采用调查问卷对9个学年段、11个年龄段的学生进行调查。结果不能坚持每天吃早餐的比例为29%,其中7~9岁年龄段占15%,10岁以上年龄段占34.25%;早餐食物结构品种单一的比例为10.68%;早餐频次和品种单一的学生中发生身体不适排名前三的是:头昏乏力,饥饿感,注意力不集中,消化系统症状。结论学生早餐频次缺乏规律,食物结构单一,早餐质量影响学生的在校行为及其体质状况。
Objective To get the knowledge of students breakfast behavior status and physical condition in a nine-year compulsory education school, to provide evidence for the health education intervention. Methods Totally 1,000 students in 9 school year periods of 11 age ranges were investigated with the student breakfast questionnaire. Results The students' breakfast food frequency survey found that 29% did not eat breakfast every day, among which students of 7-9 ages accounted for 15% and students of 10-15 ages 34.25%. As for food structure, breakfast of a single species accounted for 10.68%. For students with low breakfast frequency and a single species, the top three physical discomforts were dizziness and fatigue, hunger; lack of attention concentration and digestive system symptom. Conclusion The students lack regular food breakfast and have breakfast of single structure. Breakfast quality influences students’ performance in school and their physical fitness.
