摘要
目的了解乌鲁木齐市中小学生早餐质量状况,为有针对性地开展营养教育提供依据。方法采用拦截式随机抽样,对乌鲁木齐市参加体检的3319名中小学生进行询问调查。结果有19.5%的学生早餐缺乏谷类,83.2%的学生早餐从不食用蔬菜水果,早餐摄入乳类及其制品和蛋类及其制品的比例分别为65.7%和54.1%,豆及豆制品的摄入比例只有2.8%。结论乌鲁木齐市中小学生早餐质量较差,配比不合理。应对学生及家长加强营养教育,改变对早餐的传统认识,促进学生健康成长。
Objective To know breakfast quality of students in primary and secondary schools in Urumqi, and to provide scientific basis for nutrition education. Methods The random sampling survey was conducted on 3 319 pupils when they had physical examination routinely.Results About 19.5% of the boys' and girls' breakfast was deficient in cereal, 83.2% of them never had any kinds of vegetables and fruits in their breakfast. The percentages of taking milk or milk products and egg or egg products were 65.7% and 54.1%. Only 2.8% ate bean or bean products when having breakfast. Conclusion Breakfast quality is poor, and the consumptions are not proportional. Nutrition education should be strengthened to change traditional points of view on breakfast and improve students' health.
