三七和三七根茎中糖类物质分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:测定三七和三七根茎中糖类物质的含量;方法:3,5—二硝基水杨酸法测定三七和三七根茎中的总糖和还原糖含量;结果:三七和三七根茎中总糖的含量分别为73.10%和39.61%,还原糖的含量分别为4.41%和3.60%;结论:三七和三七根茎中总糖含量较高,而且三七中总糖含量几乎是三七根茎的2倍。 Object To determinate the contents of sugar constituents in Panax notoginseng(Burk)F. H. Chen and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk)F. H. Chen. Method The contents of totalsugar and reduing - sugar were deterrninod by DNS method . Results The contents of total sugar in Panax notoginseng(Burk)F. H. Chen and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk)F. H. Chen respectively were 73.10% and 39.61% . The contents of reAumg - sugar in Panax notoginseng(Burk)F. H. Chen and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk) F. H. Chen respectively were 4.41% and 3.60%. Conclusion Both Panax notoginseng(Burk)F. H. Chen and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk)F. H. Chen haven high total sugar content . The contents of total sugar in Panax notoginseng(Burk)F. H. Chen were almost twice as content as rhizoma of Panax notogiaseng (Burk)F. H. Chen.
