摘要
综述了粉体粒度测试实验中常见的实验误差如仪器误差、原料误差和人为原因误差等,对它们进行了详细的原因分析和探讨,特别是对于影响实验测试结果的重要原因(分散程度、试样特性等)进行了比较全面的理论分析,并采用实验结果对比分析,从而提出了几种能够合理解决或减少实验误差的可行性方法。
The common error-differences in the experiment of powder particle-sizing such as instrument error, sample error, human error, were generally introduced and the results analysis and discussion were given. Some effect reasons on the results of powder particle-sizing (dispersion extent, sample characteristic) were given a round analysis by theory and experiment-results contrast. As a result, some reasonable methods to resolving and deducing experiment error-differences were suggested.
