摘要
以普通微米级ZnO(d50=12.33μm,d90=37.19μm)为原料,采用搅拌磨湿法粉磨工艺,制得超细ZnO(d50=2.91μm,d90=9.69μm)。研究了助磨剂用量、研磨时间、固含量等因素对浆料粒径的影响规律,得到最优化条件:转速3000 r/min,固含量15%,聚乙二醇20000(PEG20000)加入量为0.5%,研磨时间25 min。以简化的BS模型进行了搅拌磨湿法粉磨ZnO的动力学研究,并通过选择函数和分布函数探讨了其粉碎机理。
The superfines ZnO powder( d50= 2.91 μm, d90 = 9.69 μm) was obtained by wet prepareing with taking coarse particle ZnO (d50 = 12.33 μm,d90 =37.19μm) as raw material. The influence laws of main parameters of superfines stirring mill, such as the dosage of the aids, concentration of solids and grinding time, on the grinding effect of superfines ZnO powder was investigated. Results showed the optimum process conditions were as follows : ball grinding speed was 3000 r/min, concentration of solids was 15%, amount of the PEG20000 was 0.5%, and milling time was 25 rain. The breakage mechanism of ZnO particle in stirred bead mill was analyzed by using the breakage and selection function which was determined by grinding kinetics.
