大剂量雌二醇对大鼠血压及体内神经降压素含量的作用 被引量:1

The Effect of High-dose Estradiol on Blood Pressure,Plasma and Tissue Neurotensin in Rats

摘要 目的探讨大剂量雌二醇对大鼠血压的影响,以及血浆和组织中神经降压素在该过程中的作用。方法选用 Wistan大鼠64只,分为实验组与对照组。实验组大鼠隔日腹腔注射大剂量雌二醇,于不同实验日观察血压的变化,并用放射免疫方法检测血浆及组织中神经降压素含量的改变。结果 (1)腹腔大剂量注射雌二醇,大鼠血压明显升高(P<0.05);(2)腹腔注射大剂量雌二醇,在大鼠血压升高的同时,其下丘脑、甲状腺、肾上腺及血浆中神经降压素含量明显升高(P<0.05~0.01),而垂体中神经降压素含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论大剂量雌二醇可诱发大鼠血压升高;神经降压素在该过程中可能具有一定的重要作用。 Aim To investigate the effect of estradiol(E)on blood pressure and the concentration of plasma and tissue neurotensin(NT)in 64 Wistar rats.Methods High-dose E_2 was injected into ab- domenal cavity on every other day.Blood pressure was measured and NT in plasma and tissues were de- termined by radioimmunoassay every four day.Re- sults (1)The blood pressure of rats increased signif- icantly after administration of high-dose E_2 by ip.(P <0.05).(2)While blood pressure was significantly rising after administration of high-dose E_2 by ip.,the concentration of NT in hypothalamus,thyroid gland and plasma were markedly increased,but decreased in pituitary(P<0.05~0.01).Conclusion High- dose E_2 may induce hypertension in rats,and NT may play an important role in E_2-induced hypertension.
