摘要
选用健康雌性Wistar大鼠28只,采用组织化学及放射免疫方法,探讨了大剂量雌二醇对大鼠胸腺、肠系膜淋巴结及脾脏结构的影响,同时观察了生长抑素在该过程中的作用。结果表明,腹腔大剂量注射雌二醇后,①大鼠胸腺皮质明显变薄,皮质内淋巴细胞大量减少,上皮性网状细胞明显增多,胸腺小体不规则;②肠系膜淋巴结皮质变薄,浅层皮质及副皮质区淋巴细胞明显减少,髓索变细,巨噬细胞数量减少;③脾脏白髓明显变小,淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞数量明显减少;④下丘脑、延脑、垂体、肾上腺及甲状腺中生长抑素的含量明显减少,而血浆中生长抑素的含量明显增高(P<0.05~0.01)。提示大剂量雌二醇有抑制机体免疫机能,生长抑素在该过程中具有重要的作用。
Twenty-eight male Wistar rats were used to study the effects of high-dose estradiol(E2) on the structures of the thymus, mesenteric lymph nodes and spleen, and the role of somatostatin(SS)in the process, by the means of histochemistry and radioimmunoassay methods. The results were as follows:(1)The thymic cortex became significantly thinner.A substantial loss of cortical lymphocytes and epithelial reticular cells(ERCs) occurred. The thymus corpuscles were irregular in form.(2) The cortex of mesenteric lymph nodes became thinner. The cortical lymphocytes counts decreased. The medullary cord became thinner, too. The macrophages counts decreased.(3) The spleen white pulp became thinner. The lymphocytes and macrophages coumts in spleen decreased.(4)The content of SS decreased in the hypathalamus, medulla oblongata , pituitary, adrenal gland, thyroid gland but increased in plasma. The results indicate that high-dose E2 inhibits the immune response of tbe body.The role of SS is important in the process.
