Tissue Culture and Genetic Transformation in Turfgrass

摘要 综述了冷季型、过渡型和暖季型草坪草组织培养和转基因研究进展,重点介绍了草坪草组培外植体种类、再生方式和遗传转化等方面的研究进展,并指出草坪草组织培养和遗传转化中存在的问题,展望了其发展前景。 The development of molecular biology, especially the technology of tissue culture and genetic transformation offers a good opportunity for turfgrass breeding. Materials are reviewed about turfgrass tissue culture and its genetic transformation. The explants, the regeneration systems and transformation methods are compared. Problems and prospects of turfgrass tissue culture and its genetic transformation are also discussed.
