摘要
本文在对区域可持续发展战略规划的复杂性进行探讨的基础上进行了方法论的比较研究,认为综合集成方法在战略规划中的应用符合科学发展观的理念与要求。阐述了在规划研究中将专家经验与科学分析紧密结合的重要性,旨在寻求建立一种相互融通的战略规划制定机制,进而促进系统性思维在区域可持续发展规划的实践中得到更为广泛、科学的运用,使战略规划与综合集成在交互影响的过程中同时获得进化。
Based on discussing the complexity of strategic plan for regional sustainable development, this article develops the comparative study on methodology. It is agreed that applying meta- synthesis to strategic plan accords with the idea and requirement of scientific concept of development. It also expounds the importance of combining experts＇experiences with scientific analysis, in order to build a kind of constituting mechanism of syncretic strategic plan, and pro- motes systemic thinking to be applied to practice of regional sustainable development plan comprehensively and scientifically, so as to make strategic plan and meta - synthesis evolve simultaneously in the process of influencing each other.
