摘要
针对近年来我军重大工程建设项目质量管理中易发、多发的质量问题,从工程建设三个阶段出发分别对其中影响军队重大工程质量管理因素的权重进行分析。理清各阶段影响工程质量相关因素间关系,提出军队重大工程建设项目质量管理在三个阶段需要把握的重点,即决策阶段确立质量目标、施工阶段严格管理行动、竣工验收阶段把好质量关口。
To address the repeated problems in the quality management of major military engineering construction projects in recent years,this paper analyzes the weighting of factors affecting the quality management from three stages of the engineering construction.Then,clarifies the relationship between the related factors that affect the engineering quality in each stage and puts forward the key points that should be grasped in the quality management of major military engineering construction projects in three stages,namely,establishing quality objectives in the decision-making stage,strictly managing actions in the construction stage,and ensuring good quality control in the final acceptance stage.
