摘要
随着社会经济的发展,电网结构日趋复杂,这对供电可靠性提出了越来越高的要求。保证供电可靠性的传统方法是在变电站内配备站端备自投装置。一般来说,当电网联络线上中间变电站失压时,站内备自投装置往往无法发挥作用。针对这种情况设计了主站软件备自投系统,通过定义备自投的开关(可分属不同厂站),软件可以自动判断开关的性质为工作开关或备用开关,在满足动作条件时通过遥控断开工作开关及闭合备用开关来为失电的母线恢复供电,同时提出的备自投可以对设备的过载进行预判。现场运行结果表明,设计的备自投可以最大限度地满足供电的可靠性。
The traditional method to improve the reliability of power grid is to add busbar automatic transfer switch(BATS) in substation.However,the BATS in substation can not take into effect when the fault occurs in another substation because of the unavailability of the corresponding signals.Designed BATS software can judge the property of the switches,whether a working switch or a standby switch,and the software can restore power by controlling the working switch and the standby switch when the condition is satisfied,and it can judge whether the lines and the transformers are overloaded in advance.It proves that the software can satisfy the reliability of power supply to the maximum.
