摘要
以茎尖为外植体进行甜叶菊的组织培养，比以叶柄、叶片、茎段、下胚轴为外植体，愈仿组织诱导率、出芽率都高；在ＭＳ基本培养基上，适合茎尖生长、分化的激素浓度为０．５ｍｇ／ＬＢＡ、０．５ｍｇ／ＬＮＡＡ；琼脂浓度为０．７％
Stem apex used as external plant.the higher induced rate of callus and the higher germi-nation rate could be obtained than petiole,leaf,Stem and hypocotyl used as external plant inStevia rebaudiana bertoni tissue culture. On MS minimal medium,suitable hormone concen-tration for stem apex growth and its differentiation were 0.5mg/L BA plus 0.5mg/L NAA,and the agar concentration wab 0.7%.
