摘要
采用Lanasol染料以微悬浮体染色方法(MSD)对丝绸进行无盐染色,比较了微悬浮体染色工艺和常规染色工艺的区别,并优化前者的工艺条件。研究结果表明,采用MSD工艺可防止织物表面擦伤,明显提高上染百分率和固色百分率;其染品色光纯正、色泽鲜艳。
Salt-free dyeing of silk with Lanasol dyestuffs in a micro-suspension dyeing system was investigated. The comparison of the micro-suspension dyeing with the traditional dyeing was made and the process parameters for the former were optimized. The results indicate that the rubbing damage of fabric surface caused by the inorganic salts was alleviated and the ratios of both exhaustion and fixation were significantly increased in the micro-suspension dyeing. The brightness of samples dyed in the micro-suspension process was superior to those obtained in the traditional process.
