摘要
采用Lanaset系列染料以微悬浮体工艺对丝光羊毛进行快速染色,通过与传统工艺的对比,分析了不同染色工艺对丝光羊毛的染色性能、染色样品的各项牢度及损伤程度的影响.结果表明,采用微悬浮体染色工艺可缩短丝光羊毛染色时间约25%,达到快速染色且匀染的目的(染品色泽鲜艳),减少染色过程中纤维的损伤,改善纤维手感,各项色牢度满足实际生产要求.
The micro-suspension rapid dyeing technique was employed in the mercerized wool with Lanaset dyestuffs.The effects of different dyeing process on the dyeing behavior of mercerized wool,color fastness of dyed samples and damage to fibers were analyzed by the comparison of the micro-suspension dyeing with the traditional dyeing.The results showed that the micro-suspension dyeing could shorten the dyeing time by 25%,which could attain the rapid and uniform dyeing,and the shade of dyed product was vivid.The damage to the fiber in the dyeing process was reduced,and the handle of the fibers were also improved.In addition,each color fastness of dyeing sample could meet the demand of practical production.
