摘要
根据磷氮协效机理,自制了棉用低甲醛交联阻燃剂,测定了阻燃剂的磷氮含量,并用红外光谱仪分析其化学结构。探讨了阻燃整理中阻燃剂用量、催化剂用量、预烘温度和时间、焙烘温度和时间,以及轧余率对阻燃效果的影响,得出最佳阻燃工艺为:阻燃剂500g/L、催化剂22g/L、尿素20g/L、预烘100℃×4min、焙烘165℃×3min、皂洗5min、轧余率100%。整理后,织物上游离甲醛含量小于25mg/kg。
Taking advantage of synergism of nitrogen and phosphorus, low formaldehyde crosslinked flame retardant for cotton fabric is prepared. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus are determined; the chemical structure is analyzed via infrared spectrum. Effects of concentrations of flame retardant and catalyst, temperature and time of drying and curing on flame retardant efficiency are researched. The optimized conditions are: flame retardant 500 g/L, catalyst 22 g/L, urea 20 g/L, predrying at 100℃ for 4 minutes, curing at 165℃ for 3 minutes, soaping for 5 minutes, pickup 100%. Free formaldehyde in the finished fabric is less than 25mg/kg.
