摘要
波特的有关产业集群的构想对区域经济发展战略的制定发挥了重大作用,成为促进企业发展和构筑本地区域竞争力的有力工具。文章通过对武汉光谷光电子产业现阶段发展中所出现的光谷光电子产业集群化特征较明显但集群效应不足问题的分析,提出了光谷光电子产业集群发展的思路、方式与若干建议。
Port＇s industry-cluster-based theory has played an important role in the establishment of regional economic development strategies, and become a powerful tool in facilitating corporate development and enhancing regional competitiveness. This paper focuses on the development of Wuhan photoelectron industry, in which the features of an industry-cluster-based model are prominent but the effects are limited. It proposes thoughts, methods and suggestions for the development of the industry-cluster- based photoelectron industry.
