摘要
采取病案终末质量检查和定期举办医疗文书展评的方法,分析医疗管理中存在的问题及原因,讲评住院医师的病案书写,强调上级医师的职责,务求各级医师对病案质量层层把关。通过反复强化病案质量的重要性,不断完善病案质控的相关措施和医疗制度,规范医疗行为,从而提高医疗管理质量。
By terminal quality examination and fixed-time exhibition of medical record way we analyze the problems and the causes in medical record management. By comment and appraise of documentation of the resident we emphasis the duty of visiting doctor in order to manage the medical record timely. By emphasis of the important of the quality of the medical records we enforce the quality management of the medical records so as to improve the latest quality of the medical records.
