摘要
目的探索提高病案质量的最佳方法。方法以检查分析为主,促提高病案质量,从源头抓影响病案质量的因素。结果以检查为主的方法难以提高病案质量,病案质量好坏受源头因素的限制。结论提高病案质量应从源头抓起。
Objective To explore the best way of improving the quality of case history. Methods To analyse the insufficiency of the way of check - up used for improving the quality of case history and the headstream factors affecting the quality of case history. Results It is difficult to improve the quality of case history when the way of check - up is used. The quality of case history is limited by the headstream factors. Conclusions The headstream factors affecting the quality of case history should be emphasized if the quality of case history be improved.
