摘要
以工业大麻品种云麻1号的带节茎段为外植体进行了离体培养与快速繁殖研究.结果表明,在培养基MS+6BA1.5~2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+GA3 0.1 mg/L中具有较好的萌芽效果,在MS+ZT 1 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5~1.0 mg/L+GA3 0.1 mg/L中继代培养, 转入1/2MS+MS全量铁盐+IBA 2.5 ~3.0 mg/L诱导生根,即可获得完整植株.
By using the stem-segment with node as the explant, in vitro culture of Cannabis sativa were studied.Results showed that the optimum medium in Yunma No. 1 was MS + 6-BA 1.5 - 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.4 mg/L + GA3 0.1 mg/L for producing buds, MS + ZT 1.0 mg/L + 6-BA1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 - 1.0 mg/L + GA3 0.1 mg/L for subculture, and 1 / 2MS + MS(full Fe^2+ ) + IBA 2.5 - 3.0 mg/L for rooting.
