摘要
采用GE-609、ARMEEN12D和十二胺从铁矿中浮选SiO2的试验表明:当精矿量相同时,GE-609较另外2种捕收剂产生的泡沫量少,且消泡速度快。低温试验表明:GE-609具有良好的捕收能力、选择性和耐低温性能,即使在低温8℃用它浮选铁矿中的SiO2仍可获得良好的指标:精矿的品位Fe69.17%,回收率97.83%。
It was testified that GE-609 produced less forth and its forth break faster than ARMEEN 12D and dodecylamine at the same concentrate amount during they floated SiO2 from iron mine . At 8℃, GE-609 floated SiO2 from magnet mine can got a better result: the concentrate grade of Fe 69.17%, the recovery of 97.83%. This demonstrated that GE-609 had good collecting property, selectivity and low-temperature-resistant.
