浮选柱在微细粒赤铁矿反浮选中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了降低浮选尾矿品位,对冀东地区某赤铁矿选厂的磁选精矿进行了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱的反浮选试验研究。试验中分别进行了浮选柱操作参数、药剂制度条件试验及浮选流程试验。结果表明,采用浮选柱经一粗一精一扫流程可获得精矿品位68.22%、回收率79.51%的良好指标,扫选尾矿品位降至8.55%。 In order to reduce the grade of flotation tailings, the reverse flotation tests of the magnetic concentrate in a hematite processing plant of Jidong area were conducted by using the cyclone-static microbubble floatation column. The conditional tests of flotation column operating parameters and the reagent system as well as the test for flotation process flow were carried out. The results indicated that by using the cyclone-static microbubble floatation column, iron concentrate with TFe grade of 68.22%, yield of 79.51% and tailings with grade of 8.55% were obtained by one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging.
