摘要
研究了不同pH和浓度对四种阳离子捕收剂表面张力以及起泡性能的影响.通过控制单因素变量,结合表面张力以及临界胶束浓度的相关理论,采用KRUSS表面张力仪等设备研究了阳离子捕收剂的表面张力与起泡能力、泡沫稳定性之间的关系.结果表明,pH值对十二胺、N-十二烷基乙二胺两种捕收剂的表面张力影响较明显,对GE-609(醚胺化合物)及十二烷基三甲基氯化铵的影响较小;浓度对四种捕收剂的表面张力及泡沫稳定性都存在一定的影响,但影响程度不同,对起泡能力的影响不明显,但总体呈上升趋势.捕收剂的泡沫稳定性与表面张力存在一定关系,当浓度小于临界胶束浓度时,表面张力越大,泡沫稳定性越弱,起泡能力随浓度的变化存在一定波动,但变化趋势与表面张力没有直接的对应关系.
The effects of pH and concentration on the surface tension and foaming properties of four cationic collectors were studied. The relationship between the surface tension, foaming ability and foam stability of cationic collectors were explored by means of controlling single factor variables, combining the theory of surface tension and critical micelle concentration and using KRUSS surface tension apparatus. The results showed that the pH value had a more obvious effect on the surface tension of two collectors, Dodecylamine and N-Laurel ethanediamine, and had little effect on the GE-609 and Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. The concentration had a certain effect on the surface tension and foam stability of the four collectors, the influence degree was different, the effect on foaming ability was not obvious, and the overall trend was on the rise. There is a certain relationship between the foam stability of collector and surface tension. When the concentration is below the critical micelle concentration,the greater the surface tension, the weaker the foam stability. The foaming ability fluctuates with the change of concentration, but the trend of change is not directly related to the surface tension.
