摘要
分四个方面对企业兼并实证研究的方法和成果作综述.回顾了兼并时机实证研究主要成果和最新动向,对其方法加以总结;介绍和评价两种兼并动机实证研究方法及相关结论;总结了国外兼并绩效实证研究主要结论和近期成果,并重点述评国内研究的方法和特点;阐述兼并就业影响实证研究的重要价值及其在国内开展的可行性;并提出了研究展望.
The paper summarizes the empirical studies of M&A (merger and acquisition) from four aspects. It reviews results and new branches of timing studies of M&A and summarizes the methods. Two methods and related outcomes of motives studies of M&A are introduced. Main results and directions of performance studies of foreign M&A are concluded and methods as well as characteristics of studies of domestic M&A are described. The importance and feasibility of employment influence studies of M&A in China are discussed, and some study prospects are put forward.
