摘要
模拟法庭教学突出了学生在教学中的主体地位,有利于学生发散性思维的形成和综合能力的培养,能够促使学生个性的形成。然而,模拟法庭教学仅限于庭审环节,教学成本较高。在实践中,模拟法庭教学定位不准,开展缺少规范约束,随意性较大,参与人数较少。因此,应调整教学计划,增加模拟法庭实验课的内容,并加强实验室建设,培养具有法律专业知识和实践经验的教师,以保障模拟法庭教学的顺利开展。
Simulated court teaching highlight student's dominant position in teaching,is advantageous to formation of divergent thinking and synthesizing capacity of students and urge harmonious relationship between teachers and students.However,simulated court teaching only consist in judgment,teaching cost is relatively high,in the reality,simulated court teaching is not legitimacy position,the lack of normative constraints,only some student participation,Therefore,teaching programs should be revised to ensure the quality of simulated court teaching through increasing contents of teaching,building laboratory and training teachers with legal expertise and practical experience.
