摘要
采用分类试验方法 ,探索抽提物和抽提工艺对黎蒴栲木材横界面的影响。试验结果表明 ,有机、热水、温水和冷水等处理后 ,黎蒴栲材横切面的接触角增大 ,表面自由能降低 ,而碱处理后 ,接触角降低 ,表面自由能增大。可见 ,黎蒴栲材经过抽提处理可以改变或控制其横界面性质 ,从而达到界面设计的要求。
The effect of Castanopsis fissa wood extracts and extraction technology on wood cross-section interface were studied. The results showed that contact angle on cross-section interface of Castanopsisfissa wood increased and free energy on it decreased after treated in organic solvent or water in different temperatures. However, contact angle on cross-section interface ofCastanopsisfissa wood decreased and free energy on it increased after treated in alkali solvent. So cross-section interface Castanopsis fissa wood could be controlled by extraction to satisfy the requirement of interface design.
