摘要
目的:了解当前国内脑性瘫痪教育康复的现状及趋势。资料来源:通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1995-01/2005-01期间有关小儿脑性瘫痪的文献,检索词“脑性瘫痪,康复,教育”,限定语言种类为中文。同时手工查阅研究对象为小儿脑性瘫痪的患者、研究内容为小儿脑性瘫痪的教育康复相关专业书籍。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择与脑性瘫痪教育相关的内容进行综述。资料提炼:共收集文献为59篇,参考书籍8本。排除重复性研究及观念陈旧的文献,纳入12篇文献和5本专业书籍的相关内容。资料综合:脑性瘫痪儿童的教育是一种特殊方法和形式进行的教育,教育康复要解决患儿运动、感觉、交流障碍,应早期干预、寓教于乐、采取集中训练,同时兼顾个体,采取家庭教育与特殊教育相结合,充分运用引导式教育,激发和发展中枢神经系统受损儿童的性格与主动参与社会的积极性,使之体能、言语、智力和掌握日常生活技巧方面同步发展,尽可能独立适应社会和所生存的环境。结论:①医疗和教育的脱节,造成负责脑性瘫痪儿童教育的学校缺乏适应其需求及身心特点的教育康复课程。因此,为学龄脑性瘫痪儿童制定符合其身心康复、发展需求的有针对性的教育康复课程及其标准已势在必行。②建立脑性瘫痪患儿的康复和教育网络档案可有效提高连续性的康复效果。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status and trend of the educational rehabilitation of cerebral palsy at present in China. DATA SOURCES: Chinese articles about cerebral palsy in children published between January 1995 and January 2005 were searched in the Chinese journals full-text database with computer by using the keywords of "cerebral palsy, rehabilitation, education". Meanwhile, relevant professional books with the subjects of children with cerebral palsy and contents about the educational rehabilitation of cerebral palsy for children were searched manually.STUDY SELECTION: After preliminary selection, the data about cerebral palsy were selected and reviewed. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 59 literatures and 8 relevant books were collected. The repetitive studies and literatures with very old opinions were deleted, and the relevant contents in 13 literatures and 5 books were included. DATA SYNTHESIS: Education of children with cerebral palsy is a kind of education of special method and form. Educational rehabilitation is to solve the exercise, sensory and communicative disorders of the children, it should be given earlier and by teaching through lively activities by means of intensive training. Individuals should be also paid attention to, family education should be combined with special education, and conductive education should be applied completely to evoke and develop character and activity in participating in the social activity of the children with damages of central nervous system, so that their physical capability, language, iritelligenee and comprehension of skills in daily life could develop synchronously, and they could adapt to the society and the living surrounding independently as much as possible. CONCLUSION: ① The disjointedness of medical care and education results in the deficiency of the educational rehabilitation courses, which are suitable for the demands and physical and mental characteristics of children with cerebral palsy, in the schools responsible for the education of children with cerebral palsy. So it is imperative to set up the educational rehabilitation courses and standards suitable for the physical and mental rehabilitation and developmental demand for the school-age children with cerebral palsy. ② The establishment of the rehabilitative and educational network archives for children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve the sequential rehabilitative effects.
