摘要
从罂粟花粉中提取纯化得到一种寡糖成分，经纸层析，气相色谱，快原子轰击质谱，核磁共振和甲基化分析证明该寡糖为（１→３，１→６）－α－Ｄ－葡萄四糖。
The oligosaccharide obtained from t he pollen of Papaver Somniferum is composed of D-glucose。Methylation analysis,FAB- MS,IR and NMR spectroscopy of the oligosaccharide indicated it to be a tetra-α-glucan which has a branched structure in- volving one(1→3),one( 1→3,6)and two non-reducing terminal D-glucopyranosyl residues。
