摘要
人类的生存和发展离不开土地,土地资源是我国最为宝贵的自然资源。在人口日益增多、土地日益减少的今天,土地资源的保护已经受到世界各国的高度重视。我国政府也已经制定出了一系列的法律法规以保护土地资源。总体上看,我国已形成了较为完善的土地资源法律保护机制。刑法作为最后的保障法,如何发挥对土地资源的保护作用值得深入的探讨。
Human can't exist or develop without the land. The land resource is the most valuable natural resource in our country. Nowadays population increases day by day while the land reduces day by day. The protection of the land resource has already received the great attention of the whole countries all over the world and our government has already made a series of laws and regulations in order to protect the land resource too. On the whole, our country has already formed the comparatively perfect land resource legal protection mechanism. Criminal law, as the last guarantee law, how to play the role of protection of the land resource is still worthy being deeply discussed.
