摘要
随着社会经济发展,德惠市林地非法流失现象比较严重,林地保护和管理工作面临的形势严峻。通过对德惠市林地资源现状、特点和存在的问题以及林地利用结构变化等进行分析,提出林地管理要从控制林地总量、管理林地权属、使用权流转和用途等方面进行林地保护与利用。
With the socio-economic development,the loss of forest land becomes more serious,the protection and management of woodland are urgent in Dehui,Jilin Province,China.The status,characteristics and problems of woodland resources were analyzed as well as the structure of land use.Several solutions were put forward to improving the woodland protection and use,including total woodland control,ownership management,and woodland-right transfer etc.
