摘要
热塑性材料基于材料性能高、环保性好和成型工艺简单等优点,逐渐成为行业内积极研究用于取代环氧树脂的新型绝缘材料之一。目前国内外尚未针对应用于高压电器绝缘件制造的热塑性材料形成体系性的技术要求。文中选择了4种玻纤增强热塑性材料,从机械性能、电学性能和热学性能三方面与环氧树脂进行对比,同时研究玻纤在塑料注射成型中的取向和吸水性对材料性能的影响。结果表明,热塑性材料具有良好的机械、电学和热学性能,随着玻纤取向的增大,机械性能不断降低。为热塑性材料在高压电器设备中的应用提供技术基础。
Four kinds of fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic materials were selected and compared with the epoxy resin from three aspects of mechanical property,electrical property and thermal property.Moreover,the influences of the orientation of glass fiber during plastic injection molding and its hydroscopicity on the properties of the materials were analyzed.The results show that the thermoplastic materials have better mechanical,electrical and thermal properties.With the increase of glass fiber orientation,their mechanical properties decrease continuously.This study may provide a technical support for application of thermoplastic materials to high voltage apparatus.
