摘要
通过草浆废液的超滤浓缩实验,测定了荻苇亚硫酸氢镁红液、麦草Soda-AQ黑液和稻草硫酸盐黑液超滤浓缩的固形物上限浓度分别为26.12%、27.33%和31.52%。在废液浓度较低时,由于水通量大,超滤浓缩能耗低的优势尤为明显。超滤用于废液的预浓缩具有显著的经济效益。
Concentration of nonwood pulping spent liquor by means of ultrafiltration was studied. The maximum solid contents that could be achieved by ultrafiltration concentration, were determined as 26.12%, 27. 33% and 31. 52% separately. The results showed that the power consumption of ultrafiltration was 80%~90% lower than that of evaporation for removing the same amount of water. It was concluded that the ultrafiltration preconcentration combining with multi-effect evaporotion was a power-saving concentration procedure for black liquor.However, it was an uneconomic and very difficult process to concentrate the nonwood pulping spent liquor to high solid content by ultrafiltration alone.
