非木本木质素磺酸镁对水泥净浆和砂浆性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用红外光谱法等测定了非木本木质素磺酸镁的结构特征参数,研究了其对水泥净浆和砂浆性能的影响,并与木本木质素磺酸钙进行了对比.非木本木质素磺酸镁结构中的甲基、酚羟基、芳香环比木质素磺酸钙少;特性黏度为0.61 mL/g,仅是木质素磺酸钙的61%;磺化度为0.78 mmol/g,比木质素磺酸钙低约40%.木质素磺酸镁溶液的最低表面张力为49.82 mN/m,起泡性能与木质素磺酸钙相近.非木本木质素磺酸镁对水泥净浆和砂浆减水分散作用为木本木质素磺酸钙的86.6%~91.1%.但掺质量分数0.5%的木质素磺酸镁的砂浆,28 d的抗压强度比掺木质素磺酸钙的高 70.5%. The structure characteristic parameter of non-woody magnesium lignosulfonate(ML) are studied by IR and other means in comparison with woody calcium lignosulfonate(CL).The results indicate that the contents of methyl,phenylic hydroxyl and aromatic nucleus groups in ML molecule are lower than those in CL.The inherent viscosity of ML is 0.61 mL/g,which is 61% that of CL,and degree of sulfonation of ML is 0.78 mmol/g,about 40% lower than that of CL.The minimum surface tension of ML is 49.82 mN/m and its foaming property approaches that of CL.The water-reducing property of ML on cement paste and mortar is 86.6% ~91.1% that of CL,but the 28 d compressive strength of mortar blended with 0.5% ML is 70.5% higher than that with CL.
