摘要
用切向流超滤法脱除木聚糖碱抽提液中所含的氯化钠。比较了截留分子量为10000、5000、1000的改良纤维膜在相同条件下处理原料时的透过速率、盐的去除率、糖的截留率,选取了适宜的超滤膜。研究了操作压力、物料温度、进料浓度、进料速度对膜透过速率的影响,确定了用该膜超滤原料时的较佳的工艺参数。
A method for the removal of salts in alkaline corncob xylan solution by tangential flow ultrafitration was presented in the paper. By comparition of the permeate flux, the overall removal coefficients of salts and the retention ratio of xylan of different regenerated cellulose membrances whose nominal molecular weight cut off were 10000,5000and 1000 at the same operating condition, a suitable nominal molecular weight cut off ultrafiltration membrance was chosen. The effect of operating pressure, temperature, alkali extraction concentration and flow rate on the permeate flux were investigated, and the suitable technical parameters were therefore determined.
