摘要
目的:观察不同演进过程食管组织中DNA聚合酶β(polβ)mRNA的表达。方法:采用含有内对照的半定量RT-PCR方法,检测31例食管浸润癌(鳞癌27例,腺癌4例)、4例原位癌、6例不典型增生以及31例正常食管黏膜组织中polβmRNA的表达。结果:食管浸润癌、原位癌和不典型增生组织中polβmRNA的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于正常食管黏膜组织中的表达水平(P均<0.05)。食管鳞癌和腺癌组织中polβmR-NA表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果:在食管癌组织中存在着polβ的高表达,且发生于癌变早期。
Aim: To detect DNA polymerase β gene (polβ) mRNA during the stage of progression in esophageal carcinoma. Methods:Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was employed to analyze the polβ mRNA in 31 cases of infiltrative carcinoma(27 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 4 cases of adenocarcinoma),4 cases of carcinoma in situ,6 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 29 cases of normal esophageal tissue. Results: Statistically significant differences of polβ mRNA were observed between normal esophageal tissue and infiltrative carcinoma,carcinoma in situ,and atypical hyperplasia(P<0.01).No significant difference was observed between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Conclusion: There is overexpression of polβ mRNA in esophageal carcinoma tissue, which occurs at the initial stage of carcinogenesis.
