摘要
教育信息化技术标准CELTS为教育资源建设制定了统一规范.针对一个实验性学习辅助系统,探讨CELTS标准在具体应用系统的设计与实现中的适用问题.围绕CELTS的体系框架、学习对象元数据、学习者信息模型、教育资源建设规范等几个主要子标准的应用方式和协议绑定进行讨论,在此基础上给出学习辅助系统中应用CELTS标准的一种具体实现.
The Chinese E-Learning Technology Standards (CELTS) has set up a frame of standards for the educational resources construction. The paper exemplifies how to apply the CELTS in the design and implementation of an experimental learning aid system (ELAS) by discussing the frame of the ELAS, the learning object metadata, the learners information model, the technical specification for educational resource construction, and the protocol bindings.
