摘要
通过正交试验反映了钢纤维体积率(Vf)和钢纤维长径比(Lf/df)对上下层布式钢纤维混凝土弯拉强度的影响,通过方差分析找出最有利于提高弯拉强度的钢纤维体积率和钢纤维长径比.研究表明,作为混凝土的掺入材料,钢纤维的体积率和长径比对层布式钢纤维混凝土弯拉强度均有显著性影响,尤其是钢纤维长径比.
<Abstrcat> The orthogonal experimental analysis on flexural strength of Layer Ste el Fiber Reinforced Concrete reinforced by different fiber aspect ratio and diff erent fiber volume fraction is given. The influence imposed by fiber aspect rat io and fiber volume fraction to flexural strength is studied. The results show that the two factors have an obviously positive effect on the flexural strength of Layer Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete, especially fiber aspect ratio.
