摘要
目的分析探讨D-Dimer、TAT、PIC联合检测在老年患者深静脉血栓性疾病中的临床应用价值研究。方法选取新疆老年病医院2021年10月-2022年2月收治的老年深静脉血栓患者作为本次研究观察组,再选取同时间段老年健康体检者作为对照组。结果观察组患者的D-Dimer、TAT、PIC检测指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);急性期患者的D-Dimer、TAT、PIC指标高于亚急性期,亚急性期的D-Dimer、TAT、PIC检测指标高于慢性期(P<0.05)。结论D-Dimer、TAT、PIC联合检测在老年患者深静脉血栓性疾病中具有重要临床应用价值,老年患者深静脉血栓性疾病患者的检测指标会明显高于健康者。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of combined detection of D-Dimer,TAT and PIC in elderly patients with deep vein thrombosis.Methods The elderly patients with deep vein thrombosis who received treatment in Xinjiang Geriatrics Hospital from October 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group of this study,and the elderly healthy subjects during the same time period were selected as the control group.Results The detection indexes of D-Dimer,TAT and PIC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The D-Dimer,TAT and PIC indexes of patients in the acute stage were higher than those in the subacute stage,and the D-Dimer,TAT and PIC detection indexes in the subacute stage were higher than those in the chronic stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of D-Dimer,TAT and PIC has important clinical application value in elderly patients with deep vein thrombosis,and the detection indexes of elderly patients with deep vein thrombosis are significantly higher than those of healthy people.
