清华大学培养优秀学生运动员研究过程理论架构 被引量:19

Construction of Research Theory on Cultivating Adanced College Students' Athletes in Tsinghua University

摘要 普通高等学校试办高水平学生运动队,对推动"奥运争光计划"的实现具有十分积极的现实意义。在实际的研究过程中,以理论构架为指导,重点围绕:1.国内外比较;2.目标定位与项目选择;3.组建(组织管理)模式;4.教练员、运动员来源及构成模式;5.学训结合;6.科学训练;7.经费来源和过程保障;8.竞赛问题;9.队伍管理;10.对教育、体育和社会的影响等10个方面进行了具体探索与分析。清华大学在广泛借鉴国外一些体育发达国家学生运动员培养方面成功经验的同时,进行了适合我国国情的普通高校培养国家级学生运动员的试验与研究。实践证明在体育界和教育界充分携手合作的情况下这样的目标是完全能够实现的。 It is well recognized that the innovation, which sets up the advanced college student athletes' team in higher education, can be seen as a component of the national sports system and meaningful supplement to current competitive sports system, thereby contributing to the implementation of 'Olympic honor-winning plan'. Based on the specific theoretical framework, the detailed exploration and profound analysis was offered in this study, with an emphasis on ten following aspects: 1) comparative analysis on the situation between the domestic and the foreign; 2) object orientation and item selection; 3) construction (organization and management) mode;4) sources of coaches and athletes and its constructing mode; 5) integration of learning and training; 6) scientific training; 7) sources of funds and procedural assurance; 8) competition affairs; 9) team management; 10) impacts on education, sports and society and so on. Following from the experiences of cultivating advanced college students' athletes which proved successfully in the context of the foreign countries, Tsinghua University embarked the proposed experiment and research on establishing the model of cultivating the national-level student athletes in higher education with Chinese characteristics. Abundant experiences proved that the proposed purposed can be implemented in an all-round way with the successful cooperation of sports fields and education fields.
