摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调研等方法对2018年、2019年全国青少年校园足球夏令营活动的现状进行分析,探讨其发展面临的困境,进而为全国校园足球夏令营活动的可持续发展提供理论和实践参考。研究认为,全国青少年校园足球夏令营活动的发展具有落实健康中国战略、推进体育强国建设、夯实教育强国基础的时代价值,但面临着选拔制度的不完善导致校园足球竞赛目标偏离、竞赛思维的束缚导致校园足球竞赛价值失衡、足球文化的缺失导致校园足球竞赛理念匮乏、缺乏保障措施导致校园足球竞赛组织不科学等问题。提出:建立统一化、标准化、透明化的选拔标准;转变竞赛思维,以选拔为目标;加强足球夏令营的文化建设;科学完善后勤保障措施等发展策略。
Using documentation,expert interviews,field research and other methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of the national youth campus football summer camp activities in 2018 and 2019,and explores the difficulties that exist in its development,and then provides theoretical and practical references for the sustainable development of national youth campus football summer camp activities.The study suggests that the development of the national youth campus football summer camp is of great value in implementing a national strategy of Health China,promoting the construction of sports power,and consolidating the foundation of education to strengthen the country people.However,some problems in the development are supposed to be noted,including the imperfect selection system which leads to the deviation of campus football competition aims,the bondage of traditional mindset in competition which leads to the imbalance in the value of campus football competitions,the lack of football culture which leads to the lack of concepts of campus football competition,and the lack of safeguards which leads to the unscientific organization of campus football competitions.So the paper proposes that when organizing the national youth campus football summer camp,the practitioners should establish a unified,standardized,and transparent selection standard,change mindset of competition,take selection as the goal,strengthen the cultural construction of campus football summer camp,and scientifically improve logistical safeguard measures and other developmental strategies.
