摘要
PTC电加热器使用具有正温度系数(PTC)的热敏材料作为加热元件,其电阻和发热功率可以根据自身的温度变化自发调节,从而达到控制受控对象温度变化的目的。为了研究PTC电加热器在卫星局部温度控制系统上的应用效果,应用集总参数法建立了这种温控系统PTC加热器及受控对象温度变化的动态特性模型,并对这种温度控制系统应用效果进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明这种PTC电加热器可以起到降低受控对象温度变化幅度、改善卫星热控效果的作用。
The PTC heater uses a kind of positive temperature coefficient sensitive material as electrical heating element, and the heating output can be independently adjusted when its temperature changed, which is widely used in independent temperature control. In order to study the applying effects on satellite temperature control system, lumped parameter dynamical models for both controlled object and PTC heater are presented. The temperature control effects are also simulated and analyzed. Simulation results show that the temperature change extent of controlled object is wonderfully reduced and the thermal control effect of satellite is also improved.
