摘要
目的研究责任护士竞争上岗的必要性以及责任护士所必须具备的技能和能力、知识要求和评价系统,为选拔、发现和培养护理人才奠定基础。方法自编责任护士竞争上岗调查问卷,统一指导语,对181名护理人员进行问卷调查,并在实施后的3个月,对责任护士进行服务态度改善程度、工作主动积极性、危机感、与患者的沟通、健康宣教、学习钻研业务、对病情的了解程度、文明礼貌、管理意识、护理质量等测评。结果不同年龄段、学历、职称的调查结果差异无显著性(P>0.05),平均得分从高到低排列,依次为护士的工作态度和行为、沟通技巧、应急能力、专科知识、操作技能和能力。实施后的测评结果显示管理意识、文明礼貌、工作主动积极性、对病情的了解程度、护理质量和服务态度、与患者的沟通有明显改善或提高,得分率为90%以上。结论通过竞争上岗,建立和完善严格的考核制度,增强护理人员的竞争意识、质量意识、危机意识和紧迫感,发挥护理人员潜能,有利于促进工作积极性,有利于提高护理质量和患者满意率。
Objective To study the necessity of appointing charge nurses through competition, essential skills and abilities that a charge nurse must have,knowledge requirement and an evaluation system so as to improve the nursing quality effectively,satisfy the needs of patients,and lay a foundation for selecting,discovering and training nurse talents.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 181 nurses.After the enforcement of the measures for 3 months,an evaluation was carried out on nurses’ attitudes towards work, initiative and incentive to work,sense of crisis,communication with patients,health education, pursuit of professional knowledge, knowledge of patients’ conditions, politeness, management ability and nursing quality.Results There was no significant difference between age groups, diplomas and professional titles(P>0.05).According to the average points, attitudes towards work ranked the first, followed successively by communication skills, ability to handle emergencies, professional knowledge and skills. The evaluation indicated that after the enforcement, there was marked improvement in management ability, politeness, initiative and incentive to work, nursing quality, attitudes towards the patients, communication with the patients, with an average percentage over 90.Conclusion Through competition, and by establishing and perfecting the evaluation system, and fostering awareness of competition and quality as well as senses of crisis and urgency among nursing staff, the nurses will better exert their potentials and work with greater initiative and incentive,which is both necessary and will further improve the nursing quality and be helpful to satisfy patients’ needs.
