摘要
目的 探讨双重式聚合酶链反应 (Pla -FI-PCR)技术在鼠疫流行现场检测动物脏器的应用。方法 应用双重式PCR技术 ,采用简单的加热法处理模板 ,对罗平县的 5 0份动物脏器进行检测。结果 检出阳性 2 2份 ,阳性率为44 %,其中活鼠脏器阳性 11份。
Objective To study the application of mouse organs on plague epidemic spots by the double primers PCR.Methods 50 materials of animal organs in Luoping County in Yunnan were detected with the simple heating method to handle the template by the double primers (pla-FI-PCR).Results 22 materials were positive, and the rate of positive was 44%, in which there were 11 collected from the living mice, and 11 collected from the dead mice.Conclusions Analysis suggesting the double primers PCR method is meaningful for plague early diagnosis of mouse tissue on the plague epidemic spots.
