摘要
目的了解广西省级鼠疫检验技术人员检验质量水平,评价广西鼠疫检验能力及监测现状。方法收集2006-2013年由中国鼠布基地下发的鼠疫盲样,进行相关检测。结果盲样经鼠疫血清学检验试管凝集试验（IHA）,结果IHA其滴度由1∶10-1∶640在各个年度检验中均有出现;2006-2013年9次盲样考核中盲样下发及时率均为100%（18/18）;盲样总破损率为11.11%（2/18）。结果上报及时率均为100%（18/18）;结果总正确率为88.89%（16/18）。结论鼠疫盲样检测能力受人员、仪器设备、方法、盲样的制约,盲样检验能及时、客观反映检验技能水平及影响因素,在鼠疫预防与控制中具有重大的作用。
Objective To explore the quality of plague inspection technical personnel in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,evaluate the plague inspection ability and monitor the current situation.Methods Blind samples of plague during 2006 to 2013 were collected and analyzed.Results Indirect hemagglutination assay （IHA） results showed the titer 1∶10-1∶640 appeared in the annual inspection.The blind samples were timely issued during the 9 years from 2006 to 2013 （18/18）.Total damage rate of samples was 1 1.1 1% （2/18）.All results were timely reported （18/18）.The total accuracy rate was 88.89% （1 6/18 ）.Conclusions Inspection of blind samples of plague was affected by personnel,equipment,methods,and samples.Such inspection can timely and objectively reflect the skills and influencing factors,thus playing an important role in plague prevention and control.
