摘要
以水、氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁悬浮液为吸收剂 ,在旋转填充床内进行了烟气脱硫实验 .着重研究了吸收液流量、吸收剂浓度、进气SO2 浓度和旋转床转速对传质速率的影响 ,分析了各因素对SO2 传质速率产生影响的原因 .结果表明 ,在确定的实验条件下 ,碱性悬浮液吸收SO2 的传质速率是纯水的 3~ 4倍 ,增大吸收液流量和旋转床转速可使SO2 的传质速率得到极大的提高 .
The flue gas desulfurization involved 3 type sorbent s: pure water, the slaked lime and slurry of magnesium hydroxide was studied in a rotating-packed-bed absorber.Several operation variables were investigated respectively, including the flow rate of sorbent, the rotating speed, the SO 2 concentration in the inlet of the absorber and the slaked lime concentration.Th e results showed that the alkaline slurries enhanced the mass transfer rate of S O 2 up to 3~4 times higher than that of pure water.The mass transfer rate of SO 2 was greatly dependent on the flow rate of sorbent and the rotating speed.
