摘要
通过对欧洲、日本燃煤火电机组大气污染物控制标准及技术路线研究,介绍了欧洲部分国家日本燃煤火电机组大气污染物控制标准发展情况、燃煤火电机组大气污染物治理主要技术路线,工程应用案例,结论是欧洲和日本燃煤火电机组大气污染物控制循序渐进发展,工艺技术不断进步。欧洲、日本主要采取的是低NO_x燃烧器+SCR烟气脱硝工艺+电除尘器+湿式石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺技术路线,结论是目前欧洲技术发展主要是高效电除尘器技术和高效湿法烟气脱硫工艺,并十分重视烟气脱硝、除尘、脱硫的流场设计,日本采取的主要是低低温电除尘器高效除尘协同脱除SO_3、湿式石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺吸收塔协同除尘的协同治理技术路线。
This paper introduces standards development, main technical routes and application cases of flue gas pollutants controlfrom coal - fired thermal power unitsin European countries and Japan, and it is conclude that the flue gas pollutants control from coal -fired thermal power units in European countries and Japan implemen- ted gradually and the technology continuously improved. The technical route as low NOx burner + selective cata- lytic reduction DeNO, technology + electrostatic precipitator + limestone - gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) system is mainly applied in Europe and Japan, and the technology developed in Europe is aiming at efficient electrical precipitator technology and WFGD, especially focusing on flow field design of flue gas through DeNO, , deducsting and desulfuration, while in Japan Low temperature electrostatic precipitator with synergistic removal of SO3 and limestone - gypsum WFGD with synergistic removal of dust is mainly adopt.
