超重力旋转床处理焦化氨氮废水中试研究 被引量:29

摘要 基于某焦化厂塔设备吹脱氨氮废水脱除率低的现状,提出了新型强化传递过程技术———超重力技术。重点考察了气液比、旋转床转速、温度、pH值等对氨氮脱除率和气相压降的影响。中试结果表明,在适宜的操作条件下,单级氨氮脱除率可达75%,比该厂塔设备处理氨氮废水的脱除率高35%,满足了后序生化处理的要求。 A new intensified transferring technique,high gravity technology,was proposed instead of the traditional stripping method with very low rate of ammonia-nitrogen elimination used in some coking plant.The effect of gas-liquid ratio,rotating speed,temperature and pH value on rate of ammonia elimination and drop pressure were studied.Pilot test results showed that the removal efficiency of ammonia-nitrogen could reach 75% under proper conditions,which is about 35% higher than that of the traditional stripping method,and could satisfy the requirement of following biochemical process.
